Services: Strategic Planning and Retreat Facilitation
Utilizing my Achieving Strategic Alignment™ framework I work with you and your team on the development of a strategic plan. I work with you to create strategic goals that are both realistic and achievable using my collaborative process that involves the key people in your organization. I help you develop your agenda, complete pre-retreat preparation, I facilitate the planning retreat and then I publish the strategic plan developed during your retreat. During the follow up phase (5 mandatory follow up meetings) I work with the CEO and the executive team to complete the alignment of 100% of their resources so that their strategic plan is implemented throughout their organization.
